Semi-soft surface ripened  goat cheese, Le Cendrillon has a Vegetable-ash-covered rind and a smooth ivory body. It's  rich and robust taste made this Quebec cheese a multi-award winner.

Papille Rosette de Lyon is an artisanal, French inspired dry-cured sausage made in Quebec, using lean, whole muscle pieces of Canadian pork, no trimmings. Our flavour selection varies week by week.
