Burrata is a ball of fresh mozzarella with slight elasticity. It has a creamy, buttery interior center with mozzarella curd. Ours is made with 100% Canadian cow's milk from Ontario.
This heart shaped brie from Quebec has a bloomy rind with mild aroma of mushroom and a buttery soft texture. L'Attrape Coeur is sure to catch your heart, and taste buds!
Monsieur Émile is a beautiful artisan goat cheese from Quebec with medium intensity. It has a smooth and dense interieur with a yellowish wrinkled rind.
Le Pizy is a delicious soft, creamy cow's milk artisanal cheese from Quebec. It features a mushroomy aroma with mild, milky, buttery, salty, slightly bitter flavours that come together perfectly.
This blue cheese comes from central France. It's unique combination of smooth, creamy buttery texture with a tangy and slightly salty taste make it a classic.
Heavenly rich triple cream cheese. Saint André is produced in Normandy, France from cow's milk and heavy sweet cream. The result: Creamy, buttery and delicious.
This Camembert is the result of master cheesemaker expertise in France. Its ever-melting texture and its rich, alliaceous flavours will delight all lovers of Camembert with an intense taste.
This very high end cheese, produced in France, is a double cream brie with a layer of black truffle pieces mixed with Brillat-Savarin cheese.

Made from pasteurized milk, this firm, rindless cheese is aged over 3 years and offers a nutty flavour. This wonderful cheese comes from the Laiterie Charlevoix in Quebec.
Also from the Charlevoix region in Quebec, this semi-firm washed rind cheese features a mild, fruity and buttery aroma, and a nutty, creamy flavour with a long fruity finish.

Brebichon is an artisanal cheese from Quebec that is made from pasteurized sheep milk. It has a creamy interior and slight tart flavours with a hint of apple thanks to its apple juice washed rind.
Originating from Ancient Greece, feta is a fresh cheese that is cured in brine. This Quebec farmstead feta, made of pure sheep milk, tastes slightly acidic with notes of butter. It has a very soft and crumbly texture.

These fresh cheese curds are rich in flavour, made locally in small batches by Armadale Farm, in Sussex, NB. Each bag is vacuumed sealed to lock in the flavours and the distinct squeakiness of Canadian cheese curds.

Papille Rosette de Lyon is an artisanal, French inspired dry-cured sausage made in Quebec, using lean, whole muscle pieces of Canadian pork, no trimmings. Our flavour selection varies week by week.
Our croissant sandwiches are made in-house, fresh every week. We use high quality ingredients including real Swiss cheese, premium cuts of cured meats, crisp lettuce, juicy tomatoes, real mayonnaise, plus our signature chutney.
Create wonderful cheese pairings with these crackers, including organic sourdough crackers and artisan crisps. We also carry a variety of preserves from BC for an amazing cheese combination, such as Figs & Walnut Wine.
